When they're taken care of, run down the path that the truck was previously blocking (it's gone now) and inspect the nearby shed for items and a save point. A good thing to do in PRO mode is to wait the not zombie attack you, back a little to avoid the attack, cut his face with the knife, kick him and keep using the knife while it's down.
